Truth About Life

Dear Colleagues,

It's time for the third Truth about Life session on Consciousness and Spirituality. The date is March 1, 9 am to 1 pm at ICA.

This time we're working on grounding Anger, Pride and Courage in our own lives. In previous sessions, we have grounded; Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear and Desire. Of course there will be some more grounding of these lower levels this time also, so don't be concerned if this is your first time.

Any questions, send me an email or give a call to ICA. There is no cost. My list is not as complete as I would like, so feel free to invite anyone else who you believe would be interested.
